ALL BUNDLED UP

Hi again. I want to share an adorable 'thank you' card I made for a friend.
She had bought a L.L. Bean coat at an end of the season sale, and hated it when she got home. Instead of bringing it back, she gave it to me. I have a brand new coat!!! So I made this to show my appreciation. The cover is made with a Martha Stewart paper punch. I added some flowers from my stash and dressed it up a bit with some light purple stickles. The bear paper piece is from Designs on Cloud 9.
This is the inside of the card. (I have a new cutting machine. This came out much larger than I had hoped but I am still learning.) This pattern is also from DC9 and has the matching purple stickles on each letter. Thanks again Linda :)

ORANGE YOU SWEET

As promised, here is the 'thank you' card I made a special little girl. I wish I had remember to take picture before I stated writing inside.
This is a close up of the front. It features a lacy doily and 'fruity bear' pattern that is sadly retired and no longer available from DC9.
Here is a close up of the easel card fully open and locked into place. I love how it came out. I added some glitter stickles to the flowers and her bow just for an extra added bit of girliness.
I wanted to show you all the 'mother's day' gifts that my god-daughter gave me. I got a great smelling blossom candle, a picture frame and a tulip ring. I am so proud of her talent.
This is a picture frame that she drew the picture inside. That is her (the blonde cutie) giving me the gift. How adorable am I with the hand on my mouth?
This is a picture of the back of the tulip. I love it and I love her. Great job Jadyn!!!

Hi Folks, I can not believe how long it has been since I posted on this blog (or on my facebook page). Even though I still have been creating and turning in weekly projects with Designs on Cloud 9, I have been so busy and recently just went back to midnight at work. Now, I am back in full swing and ready to get back to blogging. So bare with me for a bit until I get caught up.

Here is a one page layout that I created for today's DC9 newsletter. The pattern is from the line of pre-designed scrapbook layouts. This is number 4. It was so super easy. Now on to find the perfect picture to add to the mat. Thanks for looking. Stay tuned for an adorable card that I just finished up and brought to the post office for a special (no so) little girl.
