ANOTHER GRAD CARD

Happy Graduation to my niece Felicia.

Hi folks. I want to share this adorable card I made. I again went with the blue and white school color theme. The pattern is from my good friend Lisa at Precious Piecings. 

Here is a close up of this cutie.

I wish Felicia the best of luck as she heads to high school in September. I just know that she is going to be a hugh success. :)

2015 GRAD

It's that time of year again...when all the graduates finish up their schooling and head out into the world with promise. Well yesterday, I went to my nephew's graduation of the fifth grade.

Here is the card I made...

Super simple. The pattern is from Treasure Box Design. The school colors are blue and white.I love how crisp and clean it looks. Congratulations Alec. I just know you will do great next year too.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AARON

Taking a little break from crafting to show you a cake that I made for a party today. It was a New England Patriots birthday party for my favorite 11 year old Aaron.

I baked the cake and my hubby-to-be and I took turns decorating it. (I love having a hubby-to-be who knows how to frost a cake.)

He loved it so much that he immediately wanted to take a bite out of it...and someone standing behind him pushed his head right into it.

MY NEWEST T-SHIRT

Hi folks. I want to share some exciting news with you all. My honey bought me a new edition to the a-prata-design family...a heat press!!!! (Isn't he the best?)

Here she is...(along with my baby Jack peeking around it.)

This is my first project with the new heat press. 

The pattern is from the Silhouette store. I cut it in silver glitter HTV. The 'Timberlake' font is 'black rose. It was cut in red HTV. I just love how it came out. The pictures do not do it justice. Thank you so much Mr. Timberlake for my new present. I LOVE YOU both. 112 days left til our wedding :)

Hi folks. I want to share another 'get well' card that I just made. The pattern is from 'my Scrap Chick. I just love easel cards that when left open just shows off at the hard work. I hope it brought a little cheer to someone special :)

Get Well Soon

Hi again. I have been working on some different get well cards for several friends that have or will be having some surgeries soon. This is the first card that I would like to share with you all.

It is just a giant band-aid card. The pattern is from 'My Scrap Chick'. 

You can see a bit better in this picture the circles cut out in the middle to give it more of a band-aid look. 

I attached a heart shaped button on the front with some bakers twine tied to the holes. I love this simple but cute card. I hope it adds a little cheer to my friend's day. Feel better folks.
