CIRCUS

                                      Welcome to the circus!!
This scrapbook layout uses three different pattern sets from Designs on Cloud 9. I just love the 'circus' set which comes with most of the pieces but I also added the clown in the cannon from the 'clowning around' set. I also used the 'banner' set to do the circus title.

ANOTHER CONCERTINA CARD

Hello again. I wanted to share another concertina birthday card that I made. I just love these cards. Its so cool how they fold into each other and then can fit into a regular business envelope.
I used two different files from Design on Cloud 9. The ice cream cone and cake is from the 'birthday girl' set. The owl and the balloons are from the 'what a hoot' set.
This is the back of the card. I kept it basic. This awesome paper came with some matching die cuts that I just attached in various spots. I also had the jewel 'wish' title that was the perfect color blue that I added on the last flap.
                                        I just love this guy!!!
                                                    Yum!!
Thank you so much for looking. I hope my friend loves this card I made :)

I'M BUGGIE ABOUT YOU

Hello again, welcome to my newest layout. It is titled 'I'm Buggie about You!'. I just love how this came out.
This is page one. It features the 'cute as a bug boy' pattern from Designs on Cloud 9. How cute is he?
Here is page two. It features the 'cute as a bug girl' pattern set also from Designs on Cloud 9.
Here is a close up shot of both the mason jars. I decided to make these in 'shakers' ~ the ants inside move when you shake the pages. How cool huh? Did you notice the cool mason jar side borders?
Did you notice the Martha Stewart butterfly punch along the bottom of both pages? I love how every other butterfly is 3D. I really am so happy with how this layout came out. Thanks so much for looking. Please feel free to leave me comments ~ I love reading them.

I decided to do a 2 page 12x12 scrapbook layout. The adorable patterns are from the 'what a hoot' pattern set from Design on Cloud 9 as well as the 'birthday girl' (or boy) sets. I just LOVE how this one came out. It definitely ranks as one of my favorites.

Here is a close up of the owl coming out of the present. I just love his eyes. I also love the pretty paper and bows on the packages as well as the great balloons.
Here is a close up of the title. I added some glitter bling on the bottoms of each letter.
Another close up shot of this cutie. I love how yummy the ice cream cone looks. I used 'puffy paint' on the ice cream part.
This is my most favorite of all the owls that I created. I just love the two toned yellow. I also love how awesome this cake is. I did the frosting in brown slick paint and then sprinkled Martha Stewart glitter on top.
Here is a side close up shot of the cake. It really shows the sparkle of the frosting ~ Yum.

BERRY SWEET

Hello and Happy Easter everyone. I am sorry that I haven't posted in a while I have had a bout of poison ivy. And when I say poison ivy, I mean a really bad case of it. I went to bed fine one night and then woke up with both my eyes swollen shut. It was AWFUL. But after two weeks of two showers a day and heavy meds, I can happily report it is all GONE!!!  I had some different projects that I had started before the outbreak so stay tuned to see as I get them all finished up.
Here is an easel card that I started shortly after my birthday. It is a 'thank you' card that I made for my sister and her husband who sent me some Shari's Berries ~ chocolate covered strawberry yumminess. They were soooo good and did not last very long.
This is a picture of the easel card when put into position.
This is the card when fully open.
This is a shot of the inside of the card. Another huge thank you to Alison and Chris for the awesome birthday gift :)
