HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOODLICIOUS!

Hello again. I want to share with you another birthday easel card that I just completed for one of my nieces.
This is the card front. I used the 'pipsqueak' pattern from Designs on Cloud 9.
Here is a shot of this cutie close up. I inked and chalked all the pieces as well as added foam tape under the bow to get more dimension.
This is the card fully open.
This is the title that was again inked and chalked. I also added liquid pearls on each letter to give it a little bing. Everything is better with bing. Happy birthday Noodle. I hope you have a great day and a fabulous vacation at the end of the week :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY GODMOTHER

Hello folks. I wanted to share a beautiful easel card that I made my Godmother for her birthday.
Here is the card front. I created it with the Martha Stewart paper punch and a great pattern from Designs on Cloud 9 titled 'look who's'.
Just look at this cutie. I love how she came out. I added foam tape to the top of her socks, the center of her bow as well as the candle. Each paper piece was inked for added dimension.
Here is a shot of the card fully open. I ran both the top as well as the bottom through my sewing machine for decorative stitching.
Here is a close up of the title. In addition to inking all the letters, I added liquid pearls to each one to brighten them up a bit. Thanks so much for looking. I hope you enjoyed this card as much as I know she will.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HADLEY

Hello again. I wanted to share a cute easel card that I made for a special little girl. She like so many others has an Elf that lives with her for the month of December. Even though he is now at the North Pole helping Santa, he wanted to take time to send her birthday wishes.
This is the cover. I created it by using several patterns from Designs on Cloud 9. The cake is from the 'pipsqueak' set. then the roses are made from the 'curly flower' set. Then of course I used the 'elf on the shelf' set too.
This is the inside of the card. This is a picture of Hadley reading her Harry the story of Madeline taken at Christmastime.
This is what the card looks like when opened.
Here is a copy of the letter that I included in the card. There was NO way I could have copied his penmanship (or Hadley's Mom's). Happy birthday again Hadley!!!

WEDDING COOKIES

I just came from a fabulous wedding where I was asked to make one of my famous cookie trays.
I had so much fun making them. A big huge thank you to my boyfriend for helping.
As I do with all my trays, I like to include cookie markers that help people identify with what kind of cookie each one is.
I used the 'heart doily' pattern from Designs on Cloud 9. Then I added two tone purple (the wedding colors) roses that I created by using the 'curly flower' pattern. I just love how it all came together. I wish Marguerite and James a long life of happiness together. Good luck!
